Introduction

Become a Partner

As a Partner, you act as a distributed payment gateway for online businesses. By connecting your personal mobile banking accounts (like bKash, Nagad) to our automated system via the Android App, you receive payments on behalf of merchants and pay them out when requested, earning a commission on every transaction.

How It Works

  • Android App: Our app runs on your phone, reading SMS notifications from banks to automatically confirms payments.
  • Two Balances: You manage a "Trust Balance" (Merchant's money you hold) and earn into your "Income Balance" (Commission).

Dashboard

Your real-time financial overview.

  • Trust Balance
    The total funds you are currently holding in your personal accounts that belong to merchants/system. Receiving payments INCREASES this balance. Paying merchants DECREASES this balance.
  • Income Balance
    Your total earnings/commissions. This is YOUR money that you can withdraw at any time.
  • Today's Stats: Live metrics showing Total Cash In (Volume) and Commission earned today.

Transactions (Pay-In)

Real-time log of payments received from customers into your accounts.

1. Consolidated Logs: Each completed transaction automatically updates both your Trust Balance (Credit) and Income Balance (Commission).
2. Automation: Transactions are mostly automated via the app. Manual intervention is rarely needed unless SMS is missed.
3. Status: Monitor for "Success" (Money added) or "Missed" (SMS not received yet).

Payout History

Log of funds sent OUT to merchants.

• When a merchant requests a withdrawal, you may receive a Payout Request (if enabled).
• Completing a payout REDUCES your Trust Balance (returning the money you held) and may earn you an extra commission.

Deposits (Trust Top-up)

If your "Trust Balance" goes negative or low (meaning you owe the system money), you need to deposit funds.

1. Go to Deposits -> New Deposit.
2. Send money to the Admin's listed account.
3. Submit the Transaction ID to credit your Trust Balance.

Income Withdrawals

Withdraw your hard-earned commissions.

1. Check your Income Balance.
2. Request a withdrawal to your personal account (set up in Payout Methods).

Payment Methods

Your Receiving Accounts. These are displayed to customers.

1. Add your bKash/Nagad/Rocket accounts here.
2. Limits: Set specific Daily and Transaction limits to prevent account blocking.
3. Sim Slot: Specify which SIM slot on your phone this number is in (Sim 1 or Sim 2) for the App to work correctly.

Payout Methods

Your Receiving Accounts for Commissions.

• Add accounts where you want to receive your Income Balance withdrawals.

Devices & App

Critical: The Android App must be running on your phone to process payments automatically.

Setup Guide:

1. Navigate to Devices.
2. Click Download App and install the APK on your Android phone.
3. Log in with your Partner credentials.
4. Grant SMS Permissions so the app can read transaction alerts.
5. Keep the app running in background (Disable battery optimizations).
6. Check the Devices page to confirm your device is "Online".

Statement

A detailed ledger for accounting. Use the tabs to switch views:

Trust Tab

Shows changes to your Trust Balance.
- Red: Increases (Debits/Holding)
- Green: Decreases (Payouts/Credits)

Income Tab

Shows changes to your Earnings.
- Green: Commissions earned.
- Red: Deductions/Withdrawals.

Statistics

View detailed charts of your performance, including daily transaction volume, success rates, and total commission growth.

Profile Settings

• Update personal info and security.
• Auto-Deduct: Enable this to allow system fees to be deducted from your Income Balance automatically, preventing service interruptions.
