Introduction

Become a Payment Provider

As an App User (Provider), you act as a payment gateway for various online businesses. By confirming your personal mobile banking accounts (like bKash, Nagad) to our system, you can receive payments on behalf of merchants and pay them out when requested.

How You Earn

  • Commissions: You earn a percentage commission for every transaction processed through your connected SIM/Device.
  • Automation: Our Android App automates the entire process. It reads payment SMS and updates the system instantly.

Dashboard

Your central command center giving you a real-time financial overview.

  • Trust Balance: The total funds you are holding on behalf of the system (User Money).
  • Income Balance: Your earnings/commissions that you can withdraw.
  • Pending Actions: Quick alerts for pending withdrawals or deposits requiring your attention.
  • Today's Stats: Total volume processed today.

Transactions

1. View every single payment received on your devices.
2. Statuses: Success (Recognized & Added), Failed (Missed/Error).
3. Filter by date, method, or specific amounts to reconcile balances.

Payout History

Track the history of funds sent TO merchants (Merchants withdrawing their money).

• These are requests from merchants that YOU need to fulfill.
• Processing these reduces your "Trust Balance".

Deposits (Top-up)

If your "Trust Balance" is low, you may need to deposit funds into the system to continue processing merchant payouts.

1. Go to Deposits & click New Deposit.
2. Select channel (e.g., Bank Transfer) and amount.
3. Send funds and submit the Transaction ID.

Withdrawals (Your Earnings)

Withdraw your commissions (Income Balance) to your personal account.

1. Ensure you have set up a Payout Method first.
2. Enter amount and submit request.
3. Admin will process your commission payout.

Payment Methods

Define which gateways you can provide (e.g., bKash Personal, Nagad Agent).

1. Add a new method (e.g., "My bKash 017...").
2. Set limits (Daily Limit, Max Amount).
3. These methods will be displayed to merchants for their customers to pay.

Configure where you want to receive your commission withdrawals.

Devices & Automated App

Critical: This app is the bridge between your SIM card and the website. It MUST be running to process payments.

Setup Steps:

1. Go to Devices page.
2. Click Download App to get the APK.
3. Install on your Android phone (Allow unknown sources).
4. Open App -> Login with your App User credentials.
5. Grant SMS Permissions.
6. Refresh Devices page. You should see your device status as "Active".

Statement

A simplified ledger showing all your credit (earnings, deposits) and debit (withdrawals, provider costs) activities in one place.

Statistics

Visual reports of your performance. View charts for Daily Volume, Success Rate, and Commission Growth over time.

Profile Settings

• Update Name, Email, and Password.
• Auto-Deduct: If enabled, system fees will be automatically deducted from your Income Balance instead of blocking transactions.

Check Manager

Verify the identity of a System Manager to ensure you are dealing with official representatives.

1. Enter the Manager's ID or Email.
2. Click Search to see their official verification status.
